У квартирі не вбиралося жодного дня з моменту заселення.

Микола з'їхав із квартири без попередження – просто написав повідомлення, що залишив ключі "якомусь сусіду". Мені довелося самостійно їх розшукувати.
Після його виїзду квартира була у жахливому стані:
повсюди бруд, сміття, розсипані чипси та мівіна, ні…
Не так давно мы арендовали квартиру у некого Птицина Феликса Георгиевича (1978 года рождения) по адресу ул. Залесская 3 А,квартира 28 (3ком.)
Арендодатель сперва показался порядочным и доброжелательным, но со временем открывалось все больше плохого.
Как оказалось квартира не соответствует условиям в договоре, а именно:
- температура 10-12° не смотря на отопление
-все что обещалось починиться
