Чтобы делать заметки в профессиональной сфере нужно уметь хотя бы писать. Ну и желательно читать. Иметь образование это хорошо, а самообразование это уже другой уровень. "Как дела в офисе?" Рабочие места выглядят чаще всего неприятно. Могут даже наводить ужас на непосвящённых.
