Холодное заваривание чая
Холодное заваривание чаще всего связывают с кофе, но для чая этот способ тоже отлично подходит.
При низкой температуре чай раскрывается мягче: уходит лишняя горечь и терпкость, вкус становится нежнее, а в аромате лучше проявляются лёгкие цветочные, фруктовые и травяные стороны.
Напиток не обязательно получается слабым. Просто экстракция идёт медленнее, поэтому лист постепенно отдаёт вкус х…
Какие чаи у нас есть для жаркого лета?
В жаркую погоду плотные и насыщенные чаи хочется пить реже. Поэтому летом мы чаще обращаем внимание на светлые улуны и белые чаи.
У них лёгкий, освежающий вкус, а состояние расслабляет и помогает немного замедлиться.
