Hallo zusammen, wir möchten für euch künftig auch am Wochenende Fitnesskurse zu verschiedenen Themen anbieten. Workouts mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten. Starten werden wir am 25.7. um 10:00 Uhr zur ersten Einheit mit einem Hyroxtraining geleitet von Alex. Verschiedene Workouts und Laufeinheiten werden nach dem run/train/run Prinzip kombiniert.
