#رب_آلو آلوی قرمز یا طلایی ( کامل رسیده و نرم باشه ، بهتره ) رو شسته ، داخل یه قابلمه بدون آب ( میتونین خیییییلی کم آب بریزین ) ، روی حرارت قرار بدین تا حسابی له بشن . بعد که یه مقدار خنک شد ، از صافی رد کنین تا جایی که تموم گوشت آلوها کامل گرفته بشه و فقط هسته و پوستش رو دور بریزین . عصاره و گوشت آلو که گرفته شد ، مجدد روی حرارت بذارین تا غلظت پیدا کنه البته بعدازسردشدن هم غلیظترمیشه، فقط مرتب هم بزنین و مواظب باشی…
