Коротко о наболевшем. Мы не стоим на месте : запускаем космические корабли, используем нейросети, строим умные дома, ракеты в стратосфере. А как дело касается ЖКХ — мы снова торжественно возвращаемся к тазикам с водой, как к любимым артефактам эпохи до интернета, как будто проверяем реальность на прочность старым добрым эмалированным тазиком.
