Да, бояться — это нормально. Я сам, когда до сих пор выхожу на публику, немного волнуюсь. Когда человек волнуется, у него автоматически поджимаются мышцы, сбивается дыхание. Из-за этого голос становится зажатым и нестабильным. Нужно разрешить себе звучать, быть в своем праве петь, разрешить себе проявляться, потому что голос эволюционно — это территория и контроль территории. Как лев, допустим, рычит, он контролирует…

Что происходит, когда звук получается ровно. Спокойное дыхание Подготовка звука заранее Слух держит его стабильным Если теряется хоть один элемент - начинаются зажимы и срывы.

Ты пытаешься петь ртом. Поэтому зажимаешься и ловишь подъезды. Гласные — это не про челюсть. Это про то, как звучит голос внутри. Когда перестаёшь «делать» их снаружи — звук становится ровнее и легче.

В пении,очень важно контролировать свой выдох. Он должен быть очень дозированным и очень точным.Если будет слишком сильным или слишком слабым будет либо несмык,либо сип ,либо хрип ,либо зажим🤷♂️

Если твой звук двигается вместе с челюстью - у тебя есть зажим. Голос не должен «болтаться за движениями. Он должен держаться сам. Проверь себя: покрути челюстью и оставь звук стабильным. Если не получается - ты управляешь не голосом, чем то другим.

Проблема не в дыхании. Проблема в том, что ты его сливаешь. Шарик это показывает идеально. Мощный голос — это не больше воздуха. Это контроль.

Интересная штука, которую я всё чаще замечаю в работе с голосом. Можно годами заниматься вокалом: дыхание, связки, позиция. Но горло всё равно зажимается, голос не идёт 🤷♂️ И в какой-то момент становится понятно — дело не только в технике. Я работаю через bel canto и принципы Томатиса: слух → контроль → свободный звук 🎧 Но есть уровень глубже. Я постоянно сталкиваюсь с одним и тем же: внутренний запрет звучать,…

По А.Томатису голос — это то, что вы слышите. Когда вы правильно слышите себя, вы не выдыхаете лишний воздух. Он не вылетает вперёд, а запускает вибрацию связок — и появляется нормальный звук.
