⏱ Ценность 50% оценщиков называют экономию времени ценностью №1. «С 3–4 часов до 1,5 часа», «экономия 30–50%», «в два раза быстрее» — реальные оценки из интервью. Ценность инструмента — не «точнее», а «быстрее»: конкретные часы, которые возвращаются оценщику.
🛫 Окупаемость Инструмент должен окупать себя. Один отчёт по коммерции — это часы ручной работы. Если инструмент возвращает оценщику хотя бы час, разовая проверка окупается сразу же. Для тех, кто делает отчёты каждый день, важна не разовая экономия, а то, что она повторяется — месяц к месяцу, отчёт за отчётом. Ценность инструмента должна быть понятна на первом же отчёте — тогда объём работы сам оправдает выбор.
