Сегодня хотелось бы немного продолжить вчерашнюю свою публикацию, состоящую из двух записей, о правовом сопротивлении произволу психиатрии. Как видно из этой публикации, судебное противодействие психиатрам, скорее всего, ни к чему не приведет. Но есть путь, который в России, да и в других странах бывшего СССР, может быть немного более действенным, но опять же, скорее всего, ни к чему положительному привести не сможет…

Начало читайте в предыдущей записи... Не трудно догадаться, какое решение вынесет такая экспертиза, а значит и суд, если потерпевший осмелился судиться с коллегами данных экспертов, так сказать, из "соседнего кабинета". Ведь психиатров очень раздражают любые попытки просто противоречить им и их лженауке, не говоря уже о суде с ними! Примером тут может быть моя история, когда попытка просто спросить фамилию психотера…
