Промежуточные итоги. Что я интегрировал сейчас за время жизни в Грузии. Завтрак. Каждый день я завтракаю, не откладывая это. И пока я не поем я не беру телефон в руки и не сажусь за комп. Прогулка. С утра хожу к морю и хотя бы пол часа гуляю. 100 отжиманий в день. Идет 4-ый день, когда я делаю по 100 отжиманий. Пока не могу сказать о каких-то изменениях. Но хотя бы лучше чувствую тело, мышцы. Фокус Сместил его с внешнего, на внутренне. Последние полтора месяца получились какими-то невероятно сложными морально и физически. И вот здоровье начало подводить. Звоночек, чтобы взять себя в руки и посмотреть: может правильнее заниматься собой (сон, спорт, питание) и тогда из-за роста энергии и остальные сферы жизни подтянутся? Посмотрим. Изменения Я, конечно, немного непостоянный. Не получается у меня сфокусироваться на чем-то одном на долго и банально не хватает ресурсов, чтобы довести какие-то вещи до конца. Сделал 31 заказ Цель закрыл! 10 часов ушло. Было сложно, но все прошло +- как рассчитывал. Спасибо, что поддерживаете:) Очень важно в процессе не сбиваться с пути и понимать, что и для чего ты делаешь. Заметил, что сейчас ментально проще такие слоты даются. Ворк Сегодня была третья смена подряд + большие количество сторонних задач Завтра большим слотом на 10 часов буду стараться добить Пока сделал 46 заказов, осталось 28 Сейчас поеду на хоккей. Яндекс. Сдюжу? Приехал в 6 утра из Череповца, поспал дома и пошел работать. Сегодня отработал 6 часов 20 минут. Отнес 21 заказ. По деньгам общий итог подведу вечером 19-го. Не устал даже особо, вот до 7 часов - адекватно слот воспринимается. Прошел 40 000 шагов. Завтра еду с утра на съемки + монтаж. А вечером снова на слот. Но 74 заказа, конечно, прилично за 4 дня. Верите, что смогу?

Отдых У меня траблы с интернетом, но зато все очень хорошо с делами -Поработал над своими дрипами (делал мини-сайт) -Проведал родителей/бабушку -Встретился с друзьями -Покатался на коньках -Поиграл в боулинг И это за первый день в Череповце!
