P.S. Personal Domnul Recean a sunat Domnului Efros și a cerut să fie anulată una din licitațiile organizate de STI - https://achizitii.md/ro/public/tender/21183148/ Licitație cu 64 de întrebări de clarificare, 90% din ele fără răspuns logic. Asta ce e Domnul Efros? De ce ați anulat și ați mai găsit și motiv “oficial” pe măsură. Speculații?!
Nu avem licență. Avem licitație după licitație anulate, proiectul de extindere a stagnat. Dar, tot ok. E totul productiv. Omul știe ce spune. Noi criticăm pe nedrept.
