Это был довольно долгий путь, который начался на переговорах президентов Владимира Путина и Анатолия Бибилова. Договоренность потребовала дальнейшей проработки и согласований в различных ведомствах, в первую очередь МИД РФ и РЮО, затем ратификации в парламентах обеих стран. Это поступок мужчины. Мало кто на это способен. Например мы не видели такого пять лет назад, в 2017. А тем более в 2011 году, и второй, и третий президенты РЮО уходили нелегко. Но Анатолий Ильич всегда думает о народе. Возможно неправильно, вернее точно (!) неправильно вверять Южную Осетию тем, кто сегодня пришел к власти. А вот и вбросы! На УИК 5, школа 9 международные наблюдатели нашли в подсобном помещении стопку безхозных бюллетеней. ГлаваУИК отрицает свою причастность. Представители штаба Бибилова направили жалобу в МВД, правоохранительные органы будут разбираться. Это очень серьезное нарушение. Возможно те, кого подписали на его реализацию, не совсем понимают, что им может грозить реальный срок.
