12 дней тура позади. 5 городов, 1200 предпринимателей в зале, 25 моих часов на сцене. Сижу довольный и уставший в номере Новотеля в Красноярске. Завтра утром вылет домой, наконец-то увижу сына и любимую жену. А уже после этого будут итоги.

Последние 10 дней чувствую себя кочевником: летаю туда-сюда по нашей большой стране, меняю отели, города, часовые пояса. Позади успешные ивенты и полные залы в Нижнем, Екате, Казани и Питере. Завтра последняя конференция в Красноярске в рамках первой части нашего тура «Марш Регионов». После этого ещё 5 часов в небе, чтобы наконец-то увидеть жену и сына.

Дали жару в Нижнем Новгороде 🔥 Первый город в туре «Марш Регионов», 240 твёрдых предпринимателей в зале. Крутая обратная связь от людей, что со сцены звучит только практика, 0% воды. Мне было критически важно качество выступлений. Дальше — больше. Разгоняемся!

Через 6 дней стартует наш федеральный бизнес-тур «Марш Регионов». 3 месяца подготовки, бюджет больше 10 млн. Сначала мы решили сделать 5 городов, но аппетит пришёл во время еды, и мы добавили ещё 3 города уже на май. Удалось привлечь сильнейших партнёров: Торгово-Промышленные Палаты, «Мой Бизнес», администрации разных городов. Плюс мы собрали очень сильный спикерский состав. Я хотел сделать конференцию в формате п…

Ошибки — это плата за масштаб. Чем больше проект, тем выше уровень турбулентности. А в туре у нас уже «вылезла» масса косяков. Кидают подрядчики. Теряем деньги. Потом только все наладили, как нужно тушить новый пожар. Хорошо, что уже лет 10 я вижу с твёрдой верой, что могу справиться с любой сложностью, и ничто не выбьет меня из колеи.

Мне не нравится 99% мероприятий. Как дикий перфекционист, всегда придираюсь и к своим, и к чужим ивентам. Особенно печально смотреть на бизнес-конференции, где спикеры просто купили себе место, вышли на сцену, что-то красиво поговорили (а часто некрасиво и неподготовленно) — и через неделю никто не помнит, о чём было выступление.
