Верхним буртиком горловина приклеивается к оболочке воздушного шара. В сложенном состоянии нижняя часть горловины образует 6 жёстких балок квадратного сечения. Если эти балки "размотать" вниз, они теряют жёсткость и позволяют компактно сложить оболочку и горловину воздушного шара для транспортировки к месту пуска. Выкройка горловины. Можно распечатать с помощью обычного принтера на листе плотной бумаги или тонкого картона формата А4. При печати выбрать в настройках принтера "масштаб 100%" - без подгонки масштаба по ширине или высоте листа. В этом файле - 4 одинаковых силовых элемента 6-угольной горловины. Поэтому распечатывать надо 2 экземпляра. И затем вырезать ножницами из них 6 шт. + 2 шт. запасных

Более того, в нашем шарике для увеличения высоты полёта, горелка 🔥 сделана специальной формы: её мощность возрастает во время полёта. И на максимальной мощности горения (и высоте полёта) она резко гаснет. Фитиль горелки сделан из отходов (обрезков) бумаги от раскроя оболочки.

Часто спрашивают про пожароопасность 🔥 этого девайса. Тут надо понимать как летают воздушные шары 🎈. Птички 🕊 из рекламы про княгиню Ольгу летали с помощью крыльев, а факелы им просто мешали. Воздушные шары наоборот - взлетают за счёт тепла горелки. А когда топливо заканчивается и горелка ТУХНЕТ, они начинают медленно остывать ☃️ и снижаться. Таким образом, шарик с горящей горелкой 🔥 не может оказаться на земле даже
