Впереди у нас несколько проектов по Ставропольскому краю. В какую категорию переводим земельные участки, стоимость и прочую детальную информацию, я расскажу после завершения подготовительного этапа (думаю это произойдет до конца августа): всё пропишем, структурируем и выложим в открытый доступ. Начинаем понедельник с обновлённой информации по Архыз-2. Осталось всего 6 участков. Есть два небольших — по 5 соток. Подойдут под компактный бизнес: ларек, ярмарка, точка проката. Земельное законодательство ужесточается. И это напрямую влияет на то, какая земля становится по-настоящему ценной. Раньше можно было купить участок, построить дом и сдавать его. Сейчас — нет. Если вы строите дом, но сами в нём не живёте, это уже предпринимательская деятельность. А значит, земля должна быть с соответствующим видом разрешённого использования. Закон это вычисляет. Отвечаю сразу — нет. Проект давно закрыт, все участки распределены между клиентами. Сейчас мы постепенно оформляем их в собственность. При том, что по идее судебных дел вообще не должно было быть. Две недели назад мы выиграли суд и оформили в собственность ещё пять земельных участков в СНТ. Решение суда вступит в силу через две недели. После этого мы подадим документы на регистрацию в Росреестр — и наши клиенты получат ту самую выписку из ЕГРН, а также увидят свои участки в собственности у себя на Госуслугах.
