🔴مادر خوب، بابای مهربون، از راه دور فریاد نزنید! در صورت لزوم برای تذکر دادن به فرزندتان ، رو به روی کودک بنشینید و مستقیم در چشم های او نگاه کنید. داد نزنید، بلکه با صدایی جدی و محکم بگویید کاری را که انجام داده است، دوست نداشتید. @aftaabschool

وقتی فرزندتان خشمگین می شود یا عدم تمرکز دارد بازیهای فوت کردنی به او بدهید. لازمه فوت کردن، تمرکز برتنفس است و تنفس آرام و شمرده ، احساسات خروشان کودک را آرام می کند. @aftaabschool

اگر قرار باشد تنها يك مورد تربيتي كودك داشته باشيم اينه که؛ دوست خوب براي فرزندمان بخريم، يعني خرج كنيم تا دوست خوب برایش پيدا كنيم تا با هم درگير بازي و ورزش بشن. این ظلم به كودك است که جلویش اسباب بازي بريزيم تا تنهايي ساعتها بازي كنه يا بذاريم ساعتها پاي تلويزيون يا كامپيوتر باشه. @aftaabschool
