Чьо там з ринком і портфелем вже майже кінець року, ринок продовжує своє ралі вниз 😔. Погасились облігації, які я купляв ще у травні. За 7 місяців дохідність вийшла 8.2%. Це вже краще, ніж будь-який депозит в банку. Купив інші, які погасяться у травні 2019 року. Прогнозована дохідність 18.21% річних. Якщо все буде добре в країні, то їх дохідність буде вищою від дохідності облігацій у валюті.
