метаюсь из крайности в крайность. это так выматывает, что сил держаться уже нет. сложно стоять на ногах, когда кажется, что почва вот-вот уйдёт из-под них. пытаюсь за что-то зацепиться, но это лишь иллюзия нормальности, которая тут же рушится.
