Не силён оказался Распоряжение Евраева о работе поликлиник до 22.00 наткнулось на трудовое законодательство. Прокуратура выявила массу нарушений при переходе на такой график работы. Губернатору никто не посмел сказать, что так как он захотел делать нельзя.
