بله آب تبخیر شده بر میگرده ولی کجا؟! در حوزه دیگری برمیگرده در جنگلهای شیلی و برزیل برمیگرده! یعنی از حوزه دریاچه ارومیه خارج میشه حتی اگر در جنگلهای گیلان و دریای خزر هم بباره به چه درد حوزه ما می خوره!؟ دوباره چطور میشود آنرا به حوزه برگرداند؟! در حال حاضر بهترین کاریکه میشود در حوزه ما برای ذخیره آب انجام داد کاهش تبخیر و جلوگیری از تبخیر است.
