Пациент в поисках причины боли в горле пришёл на УЗИ щитовидки🤷 Ну и найденный в ней узел, в итоге, потребовал биопсии, но... Случай🔥 Пациент М 40 лет. Говорит, появилась шишка на передней грудной стенке резко, после сна. Не болит, кожа не изменена, общее состояние хорошее. На УЗИ, по левому краю грудины, в межрёберных промежутках и в толще грудной мышцы, определяются два неоднородных узла с нечёткими контурами, протяжённость большего аж 16см😱 Конечно, это не развилось за одну ночь, просто не обращали внимания. Ни о чём тут хорошем не бы

Бывает, что кроме лучевой и локтевой артерии на предплечье и запястье, есть ещё и срединная артерия, которая сопровождает срединный нерв и входит с ним в карпальный канал. Это вариант анатомии. Пациентка пришла к неврологу с жалобами похожими на синдром карпального канала, но онемение 2-4 пальцев (а не 1-3 как по классике) и клиника наступила резко, после сна. Видим на УЗИ тромбоз срединной артерии на уровне карпал

Вспомнил! У меня тут новый аппарат🎉 Samsung V8 Это конечно не обзор, хотя их действительно не хватает. Просто мои впечатления после 2 месяцев работы. Напомню, что до этого я работал на Samsung hs-50, -60. Самый ЖИРНЫЙ 🩷 - это конечно обработка изображения, картинка🔥 что сердце, что мелкие структуры типа нервов и т.д. Доплер хорош, как цветовой, так и спектральный. Бонусом на этом аппарате плюшки типа эластографии

Пациент пришёл на исследование большеберцового и малоберцового нервов обеих ног после того, как уснул на корточках на детской площадке в состоянии алкогольного опьянения 😵‍💫, типа «невропатии выходного дня» (хоть это про лучевой нерв, но тут тоже очень подходит). Ну и, помимо крайне скудной УЗИ-симптоматики, нахожу в верхней трети одной из малоберцовых костей экзостоз в виде изогнутого шипа, под которым как раз прох
