Джгути/турнікети потрібно якомога швидше замінити на давлячу пов'язку з/без тампонади рани. На етапі C протоколу M.A.R.C.H. у зоні 🟠#тактичнеукриття йде мова про циркуляцію й заміна джгута/турнікета є невід'ємною частиною цього процесу.
