Сегодня у меня день рождения. Я, Квачков Владимир Васильевич, родился 5 августа 1948 года в рабочем посёлке Краскино (до 1936 г. село Ново-Киевское) Хасанского района Приморского края в семье офицера. Русский.
Отец – Квачков Василий Иванович, русский, из потомственного рода донских казаков-староверов станицы Нижне-Курмоярская Области Войска Донского.
