كل انسان بالمدينة... راح يكلف الدولة بنى تحتية الها اول ما الها آخر، وبالمقابل هو صفقة خاسرة، ما يقدم للدولة أي شي، مجرد كائن استهلاكي. أما بالريف... فالي ينتجه ويدخله للسوق، وبالتالي ينعش الاقتصاد، هذا يعادل كلفة الصرف الي تصرفه الدولة عليه اضعاف مضاعفة... فالي جاي يصير حالياً هو انو الدولة فعلاً جاي تدعم الفلاح بشكل كبير وهذا الشي نعرفه من خلال اقربائنا الي بالريف وأيضاً من خلال متابعة الدوريات والنشرات الرسمي…

هاي الحالة عانت منها مصر بنهاية السبعينات إلى بداية التسعينات... لكن شنو صار إلي صار، أنو الدولة استنفرت كل طاقتها لدعم الفلاح... وما اكتفت بهذا الشي بدأت السينما المصرية تشتغل بوتيرة مطردة للترويج لحياة الريف بحيث فنانين كبار... مثل يحيى الفخراني، كرسو فترة من حياتهم لهكذا أعمال والهدف هو حصول نوع من التوازن السكاني ومعالجة الاختلال الحاصل.
