Решения делим на 2 категории- оперативные и стратегические. Оперативные- зачастую предсказуемы и имеют короткий горизонт исполнения. Стратегические- плохо предсказуемы, но ведут к значительным изменениям в будущем и имеют длинный горизонт исполнения решений.
