با سلام خدمت همکاران محترم با توجه به اصلاح تعرفه حق التحریر ، مبلغ پیش فرض اسناد قطعی از 400 هزار تومان به 1.800 هزار تومان تغییر کرد . بزودی نحوه محاسبه اسناد قطعی نیز در سامانه تغییر خواهد کرد.
هرگونه تنظیم اسناد بدون کد رهگیری تخلف است و سریعا گزارش خواهد شد . علی الخصوص ارجاعی از طرف بانک مسکن و سپه بدیهی است مشارکت مدنی نیز مشمول تقسیم می باشد
