https://preyzner.ru Наконец-то это произошло, я допилил свой сайт! Собрал там главное: кто я, чем занимаюсь в недвижимости, какие объекты запускал, какие проекты сейчас в работе и каких партнёров ищу. Идея была ещё с Нового года, но руки дошли только сейчас)) Интересная часть: сайт полностью собран с помощью ИИ. Структура, тексты, дизайн, сборка, публикация. Но это не “нажал кнопку”. Неожиданно топливный кризис добрался и до моей профессии. У меня сейчас два сокола на низком старте, готовы выезжать по области и искать новые объекты под магазины. Но есть нюанс: ехать проблематично, потому что заправиться стало не так просто. И дело даже не только в том, что бензина где-то нет. Самая неприятная история: уехать на просмотр, оказаться где-нибудь на трассе и понять, что обратно ты уже не факт что дое…

Немного романтики дороги с моей последней поездки по Алтайскому краю. Самые яркие впечатления: лес, повороты, пыль, бескрайние поля, затопленная дорога и корова у которой были свои планы на вечер.
