Было и стало. Примерно в 3 раза уменьшился объём фруктов после сушки. Первый результат получен. Сегодня смонтируем видео всего процесса. Случилось внезапная неожиданность, которая внесла коррективы в эксперимент. Но об этом - завтра! Не отходите от экранов канала! Можете в комментариях угадать - что за "внезапная неожиданность" вмешалась в эксперимент?

Сегодня проводим полевые (точнее даже садовые) испытания солнечной сушилки. Мы начинаем эксперимент по сушке фруктов в гелиосушилке, работающей без электричества! Как думаете, во сколько раз быстрее высушит фрукты такая сушилка?

В Крыму мы начали думать о будущих урожаях. Новая задача: как сохранить урожай без электричества? Как сделать хранение долгим без использования холодильника? Как сохранить тонны вкуснейших фруктов: персиков, черешни, груши и т.д? Придумали солнечную сушилку (гелиосушилку) 4в1. Собрали первый небольшой прототип. Есть ожидание, что сушить будет в 3-5 раз быстрее. Фрукты будут более качественнее: без плесени, без бука…

Лето есть лето! Поехали в Керчь за документами, приобрели новые участки в Белинском🍾🥂 По пути случайно попали в шиномонтажку во Льговском. А тут у хозяев - великолепный яблоневый сад, бархатная лаванда и черешня величиной с яблоки! В Белинском и Городе гениев уже скоро такое же великолепие будет! Как это восхитительно!

Интуитивно и как-то случайно мы выбрали Октябрьское. Почему? Потому что это почти средневзвешенная середина полуострова. Средневзвешенную точку полуострова карты ставят чуть левее пгт.Октябрьское (можете попробовать сами). На скриншоте обозначен радиус 50км - показывает точки до которых нам ехать примерно 40-45 минут: Симферополь, Саки, Евпатория, Джанкой, Белогорск (Белая скала). Чуть дальше, примерно в 1,5 часах…

Сегодня приступаем к реализации нового проекта в Городе Гениев: дегустация и распространение ВКУСНЫХ сортов фруктов и ягод. Сейчас в реестр вносят только сорта, имеющие максимальную урожайность и долгие сроки хранения, совершено не обращая внимание на вкусовые качества. Как результат - мы имеем в магазинах жесткие, невкусные, картонные фрукты и овощи. Находясь в Крыму, мы увидели что на рынках фрукты продаются друг…

Нам и нашим партнёрам как всегда везёт! Этой весной мы устроили капельный полив на 22 га без бензинового генератора. Сами поставили солнечную станцию. Ни одна из компаний не смогла сделать под ключ, продают только комплектующие. Пришлось делать расчёты и собирать самим. Если кому-то может пригодиться наш опыт, пишите! Поможем! :)
