Надежна, спасибо большое за прекрасный новый опыт! Мне очень понравилась эта техника, именно то, что было нужно. Особенно в такой приятной атмосфере, которую ты создала. Сегодня сходила на нейрографику к Надежде — и это было невероятно уютно и по-домашнему. Надежда очень вдумчивый, тонкий преподаватель, который бережно ведёт через тему триггеров и помогает посмотреть на них по-новому. Побывала на нейрографике впервые и получила очень интересный опыт. Не ожидала, что получится такая глубокая работа со своими переживаниями. Раньше, когда видела нейрографические рисунки, думала, что сама так никогда не смогу, но оказалось, что всё возможно, и это невероятно увлекает! Открыла для себя нейрографику - и в полном восторге! Метод работает! Я получила глубокий, интересный и практически применимый опыт.Ведущая Надежда - большая умница и эксперт, который идеально провел группу от теории к личной практике. После встречи осталось чувство легкой головы и вдохновения. Настоятельно рекомендую и очень надеюсь, что такие события будут проходить регулярно и в разных форматах. Спасибо!
