Сразу после Саббахтина Али начала читать «Удушье» Паланика! Убедилась в том, что Паланик не для меня, но про писи-сиси читать иногда люблю 🤓 Все таки взяла «Сагу о Форсайтах», я ОБОЖАЮ огромные эти книги по типу моей любимой «Американской трагедии» и «Ярмарки тщеславия», буду кайфовать😊 Сейчас читаю «Любовника Леди Чаттерли», мне ОЧЕНЬ нравится, хотя я специально игнорировала существование этой книги, потому что да…

Я поняла, что я ничем не лучше, чем букток читателей дарк романсов и всякой янг-адалт литературы… Просто я читаю классическую литературу всего мира, драмы там как раз хватает, а пресных и заезженных персонажей мало по причине того, что их буквально ПИСАЛИ С НУЛЯ 😞 Может я себя разгоняю, но словила эту мысль, когда смотрела целый вечер «Сагу о Форсайтах», которую хотела сначала прочитать. Октябрьские хроники Читала чуть меньше обычного, «Хмель» так и не могу дожать, нет почему-то желания даже вернуться к этой книге, но я поставила себе цель за ноябрь прочесть ее. Успела прочитать целых две книги Элизабет Гилберт (та самая, которая «Ешь, молись, люби») «Город женщин» и «Происхождение всех вещей» надолго засядут у меня в голове, но, особенно, вторая! Я обожаю такие долгие книги, которые охватывают жизн…

Касаемо «Хмели», закончила первые 60 страниц за сегодняшний вечер не самого активного чтения и сижу с лицом лица 😐 Я, скорее, ожидала вайбы «Тихого дона», но чтобы в первой главе старообрядцы сожгли мать с младенцем у березы в лесу, якобы она родила шестипалого мальчика и посему надо очистить ее душу грешную Я ВООБЩЕ НЕ ОЖИДАЛА Дальше больше походу…

Сейчас, кстати, решила перечитать всего Мопассана, «Милый друг», «Пышка», «Жизнь» и вот сейчас дочитываю «Сильна как смерть» В планах на осень «Наше сердце» и «Монт-Ориоль», чтобы завершить цикл полноценных романов На будущее останутся только его новеллы, зато смогу петушиться, что прочитала всего Мопассана (мелочь нарциссихи, а приятно)!

Радикально решила словить новую гиперфиксацию на эту осень, и рука моя упала на хроники Англии (которые написала вообще третья по популярности российская писательница после Дарьи Донцовой и Акунина - Марина Алексеева под псевдонимом Маринина) Конечно, это не книга историка, но читается так легко и так интересно! Советую искренне, чтобы и новое узнать, и посмеяться с шуток авторки! А на тему Черкасова и его «Хмели» э…

Ну и, конечно же, Кнут Гамсун «Голод», потому что я эту книгу откладывала ГОД, потому что моя близкая подруга говорила о том, какая это сложная книга и как она ее не любит, она была нашим общим мемом. Но быть снобярой и игнорировать существование этой книги из-за чьих-то отзывов - глупо, поэтому приступаю к ней в ближайшие дни.
Из недавнего прочитанного много, от Куприновской «Ямы» (которую я растягивала как могла, очень полюбила эту книгу), до перечитанного Ги Де Мопассана «Милый друг» и «Жизнь» и Стефана Цвейга с моим любимым сборником «24 часа из жизни женщины» В обновках и списке на осень Вулф «Орландо», потому что я читала все ее книги, кроме этой, как-то всегда обходила стороной.
