Капитал (резерв, подушка безопасности и прочее) быстрее всего накапливается там, где есть доля в растущих активах (бизнес, фондовый рынок). Вот такой сценарий предполагается, если самим не вносить свои коррективы. И это еще +- благоприятный сценарий. Похожую параллель можно провести и с миром личных финансов, если не заняться ими как можно раньше. ❗️Фатальная ошибка — не замечать ОФЗ. Мое мнение. Я не рекомендую, не рекламирую и ни к чему не призываю, НО: — за последние 1,5–2 года только ОФЗ стабильно приносили 13–14% купонами + выросли на 15% по телу. — на текущий момент у них большой потенциал к росту на фоне снижения ставки с 15% до вполне реальных 10–11% на горизонте одного года. Я тут заявку на дивиденды от ДоДо отправил 📩 Напомню, в 2022 году я купил 7 десяток (🥚🥚🥚😀) акций ДоДо. Дооооооооооооооол... очень доооолгооооо оформлял их тогда с юристом на себя. Дело было весной 2022г☝️ Оформил. Забыл вообще, что у меня несколько штук акций ДоДо есть. И нормально, кушать пиццы они не просят, не сильно то и росли они эти года, а в моем случае даже упали в цене в двое, купил за 5 тыс шт, стоили ка…
