Известный депутат Игорь Рыбаков не только поддержал инициативу общественного движения "Родной Орел", но и лично собирает подписи за отставку Музалевского на Центральном рынке. Согласимся, что в принципе, такой формат работы достаточно эффективен, особенно в пределах такого небольшого города как наш Орел. «Сарафанное радио» работает быстро и безотказно. Но одновременно надо отметить, что такой формат несколько устаре…
