Выводы. Да, TCP отпечаток это может быть одним из факторов влияния на качество работы прокси, но далеко не единственным. Много операторов сотовой связи на своём сетевом оборудовании CGNAT , можно так сказать, изменяют TCP отпечаток, вплоть до типа ОС (это может быть Linux или FreeBSD) со всем потоком данных и это вовсе не "фактор для бана". При подключении к прокси серверу в TCP стеке меняется (без объяснения очевидных факторов, таких как IP адрес): 1. TCP OS fingerprint - что такое и зачем. Часто клиенты спрашивают про "TCP отпечаток" и еще чаще, обвиняют в том, что "у вас плохой отпечаток прокси".
