#مرحله_سوم بعد از اینکه کیک ما پخت فر رو خاموش کرده و حدود ده تا پانزده دقیقه داخل فر میذاریم بمونه تا از حرارت بیفته بعد از قالب جدا کرده و برش میزنیم @MyCheff
#مرحله_دوم و داخل فر از یکربع قبل گرم شده قرار میدیم با دمای 175 تا 180 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 45 تا 50 دقیقه @MyCheff
#مرحله_اول طرز تهیه : در ابتدا ماست رو داخل ظرفی جداگانه ریخته و روش جوش شیرین میریزیم ولی هم نمیزنیم سپس در ظرفی دیگه روغن و شکر رو مخلوط کرده و اینقدر میزنیم که یکدست و لطیف بشه در مرحله بعد تخم مرغها رو به همراه وانیل رو اضافه کرده و خوب هم میزنیم تا پفدار و سبک بشه حال ماست و جوش شیرین رو با چنگال مخلوط کرده و به مواد اضافه میکنیم و کاملا هم میزنیم آرد و بکینگ پودر رو که از قبل 3 بار الک کردیم رو در سه مر…
مواد لازم : شکر : 2 پیمانه جوش شیرین : 1 قاشق چایخوری تخم مرغ : 4 عدد روغن جامد : 2/3 پیمانه بیکن پودر : 1 قاشق سوپخوری وانیل : 1/2 قاشق چایخوری موز رنده شده درشت : 1 و 1/4 پیمانه ماست غلیظ و شیرین : 1/2 پیمانه آرد : 2 و 1/2 پیمانه مغز گردوی خورد شده : 1/3 پیمانه @MyCheff
