Вопрос-шутка для поднятия настроения. Мужчина 75 лет. Жалобы не отдышку На рентгенограмме левосторонний плевральный выпот и левосторонний базальный ателектаз. Пневмоторакс отсутствует. Правое легкое и плевральная полость в норме . Средостение в пределах возрастной нормы. Вопрос вызывают металлические артефакты в верхушках. Что это? Ответы пишите в комментариях.
