A Piazza Armerina l'intero sistema museale cittadino è chiuso per mancanza di personale. O meglio per mancanza di volontari, dato che i musei erano tenuti aperti da chi sta facendo il servizio civile universale, che è stato interrotto fino a settembre. La società Ales, che gestisce parte del personale della galleria degli Uffizi, sta attuando una condotta antisindacale. Ha sanzionato i dipendenti che hanno aderito allo sciopero dello scorso 12 giugno.
