Just as our church did almost 2,000 years ago, we venerate the memory and deeds of St. Marcion on his special day of July 15th. Today we venerate and celebrate the life of St. Marcion, the namesake and founder of our church. Although some denominations mark similar occasions as 'feast days,' one would imagine that St. Marcion would rather you did what we do every Saturday and fast in his honor.
