مسدودسازی #دیدار_نیوز (آن هم بدون اطلاع رسانی)، در تضاد آشکار با اصل آزادی بیان و حق دسترسی آزاد به اطلاعات است. در چارچوب قانون اساسی، ضمن تأکید بر اصل آزادی بیان، برخورد با رسانه باید شفاف، قانونی و پاسخگو باشد، نه مبهم و بینام و نشان! چه کسی پاسخگوست؟
تندروها با حمله به محمدرضا #باهنر نشان دادند حتی صدایی با اندک تساهل را برنمیتابند. این اقلیت پر سر و صدا، پس از شکست مذاکرات و بازگشت تحریمها، خود را پیروز میدان میدانند و در مسیر حذف رقبا پیش میروند. این مصونیت و اعتماد به نفس از کجا میآید؟

اعلام عفو جمعی قوه قضاییه گامی رو به جلوست، اگر شامل فعالان حوزه زنان، فعالان مدنی و منتقدان مسالمتجو و مصلح نیز شود. مسیر اعتمادسازی ملی از آزاد بودن صداهایی میگذرد که بهجای خشونت، خواهان اصلاح و گفتوگو بودهاند.

حرف استاندار مازندران درست است. مکرر گفته ایم که ادعای سبک زندگی اسلامی زمانی اعتبار دارد که با رفع تبعیض ها و نارضایتی ها و بیعدالتی ها همراه باشد. اصرار بر #پوشش_اجباری نهتنها هیچ مشکلی را حل نکرده، بلکه خودش به نماد فشار، شکاف اجتماعی و نارضایتی تبدیل شده است.
احضار #هادی_حیدری، کارتونیست شناختهشده و خالق آثار تأثیرگذار در روزهای جنگ، بهدلیل انتشار طرحی که پیشتر بهخاطر سوء برداشت حذف و با عذرخواهی همراه شده، اقدامی تأسفبار است. آثار ارزشمند او در جنگ ۱۲ روزه تاثیر بسزایی در تقویت همبستگی ملی داشت. در عجبم از این اتاق فرمان!
آقای رئیس جمهور؛ آنچه با عنوان «لایحه مقابله با انتشار محتوی خبری خلاف واقع در فضای مجازی» به مجلس فرستادید، در تعارض با دیدگاه و باورهای شما و نقض حقوق ملت در فصل سوم قانون اساسی و گردش آزادانه اطلاعات است. پیشنهاد می کنم این لایحه را پس بگیرید.
