Мысли про анестетики. Блабла, хэви содержит глюкозу, распространяется согласно силе тяжести. Изо в теории никуда не заливается (на практике иногда ведет себе как гипо. Вопрос - становиться ли сильно гипобаричнее когда добавляем Фентанил?) Сегодня была пациентка 72 лет с опухолью молочной железы: туморэктомия, двусторонняя онкомаммопластика и операция на подмышечных лимфоузлах. Без значимой сопутствующей патологии, но миниатюрная, 53 кг при росте 146 см, и довольно хрупкая, слабая после химии. И заранее не было понятно, понадобится ли пластическому хирургу брать лоскут со спины, потому что приезжал из Жироны не тот что всегда, а их заведующий с резиден…

Хм, интересно… Мне все больше кажется что Бамбола похоже больше на текинку, чем на арабку. Правда ИИ со мной не согласен, он считает что арабская помесь, но не с текинцем, из-за компактности корпуса и мощного крупа. Сегодня утром ломала голову, какую лучше сделать анестезию. Пациент с переломом латерального плато большеберцовой кости. оперировали его лошадь, что-то с ухом, и она испугалась и лягнула его. А лошади у него породы breton, то есть весят под тонну. Но и парень не миниатюрный - 198 см рост, и 115 кг вес. Обувь носит 50-го размера, и возможно купить только на спец сайтах через интернет. Сначала думала, что сделаю спина…

У меня в пятницу был пациент, которому шили седалищный нерв, с похожей татуировкой во всю спину. Очень красивая: корабли, киты и касатки. Не первый пациент с татуировкой, но эта, с таким количеством пигмента заставила меня задуматься, что делать… В итоге я нашла небольшой промежуток светлой кожи между китом и касаткой, на L4-L5, даже может L5… Но может надо было выше в кита? Я же училась давно, и раньше считалось, чт…

У меня сегодня лингвистическое открытие! Я раньше думала что в русском нет аналогов для слов agujetas (мышечная боль после тренировки) и flato (боль в боку при беге. А оказывается agujetas есть! Называется крепатура. Очень понравилось мне слово! Вообще часто когда переходишь с одного языка на другой не хватает слов. Например azul. Как может быть одно слово для синего и голубого??!! И вот бьешься объясняешь что светл…

Я же купила Ульяне новую пони месяц назад. Не показывала еще. Кобыла 5 лет, ездили за ней во Францию. Наверное арабская, или помесь, но документов нет. Заезженная, но еще пока предстоит много работы. Пока основная проблема что не тормозит… Ну и характер тоже непростой, хотя с людьми сговорчивая. Все таки не такая вредная как Суа. На этой неделе Ульяна съездила с ней в лагерь.
