Diesen Samstag von 14 bis 18 Uhr ist wieder Gartentag in Bochum Werne bei den Permakulturstadtbauern in der Rüsingstraße 24. Alle Bürgerinnen und Bürger sind herzlich eingeladen, gemeinsam mit uns anzupacken. Wir bauen eine Rankhilfe für unsere Weinreben, pflegen den Gemüseacker und schneiden die Brombeeren zurück. Brombeeren sind gesund, drum sollten Sie in jeden Kinder & Eltern Mund. 😁 Die wissenschaftliche Evidenz ist insgesamt gut, dass Brombeeren als Bestandteil einer ausgewogenen Ernährung auch für Kleinkinder die schon die ersten Zähnchen haben gesund sind. Es gibt allerdings keine hochwertigen Studien, die speziell zeigen, dass Brombeeren allein die Gesundheit von Kleinkindern verbessern, hier darf noch geforscht werde…
