Дополнительно изучил данный «патруль». И вот какой итог:
1. VACnet помечает в матче отдельные эпизоды - не раунды, а конкретные моменты. Демка матча уже лежит на серверах Valve.
2. Клиент CS2 открывает (в офисе у них, лол) демку и записывает основные моменты матча. Пакует и отправляет. 1600×1080 зачем-то и AV1 (9,6 Мб/с).
3. Далее видос разбивается на моменты по 12 сек. и отправляется на изучение индусам (нам). Тупо…

Итог: фулл шляпа. Ебланы на Valve суют пятиминутный клип, который обрезан в плеере, и тебе показывает по 1-2 килла, по которому в спорных кейсах хуй чо понять можно. Есть там ркс, нету. Повезло не повезло.
