بمجرد ان ذكر باول كلمتين اساسيات تحركت الاسواق بقوة الاولى ان الفدرالي منفتح على تغيير معدل الفائدة مرة واحدة هذا العام والثانية ان معدل الفائدة الحالي قريب من الحيادي بالرغم من ان باول لم يذكر بأن الفائدة اعلى من مستواها الحيادي لكن السوق يراها هكذا بالتالي وبالرغم من ان التخفيض متوقع لكن هذه المرة ذكرها باول صراحة وعلانية مما يعني اننا سنترقب تخفيضا للفائدة في الاجتماع القادم للفدرالي ربما او ما بعده
