🖌 هشتم مرداد، روز بزرگداشت شیخ شهابالدین سهروردی و همزمان روز زنجان است. شیخ شهابالدین یحیی سهروردی، معروف به شیخ اشراق، در سال ۵۴۹ هجری قمری در روستای سهرورد (از توابع زنجان) به دنیا آمد. او فیلسوف بزرگ ایرانی و بنیانگذار حکمت اشراق بود. سهروردی با ترکیب اندیشههای ایرانی باستان، فلسفه یونانی و عرفان اسلامی، افق تازهای در حکمت گشود. آثار مهمی چون «حکمةالاشراق» از او به یادگار مانده است. @IraninAustria
