Арсенал подписал Мелье Если бы в 2021 году, в его первый сезон в АПЛ, кто-то сказал, что в будущем Мелье подпишет чемпион Англии, это звучало бы вполне логично. Француз хоть и играл небезупречно, но считался одним из самых перспективных молодых вратарей. Однако к 2026 году, после ещё трёх сезонов в АПЛ и одного в Чемпионшипе, он потерял место в основе Лидса. Этот чемпионат мира - ещё одно напоминание о том, что я старею 😀 Незадолго до начала турнира свободного времени стало чуть больше и я, по инерции, думал глянуть. Однако на групповом этапе(на данный момент) полностью посмотреть удалось буквально несколько матчей. Думал: ну ладно, в плей-офф наверстаю. Но потом увидел, что почти все игры начинаются не раньше часа ночи - и понял, что сделаю исключение только для полуфи…

Когда нужно удержать счет и всячески тормозить игру, хочется иметь в составе 11 Льюис-Скелли. Его умение корпусом закрывать мяч уже сейчас на высоком уровне, а в перспективе может обойти даже Муссу Дембеле - одного из лучших в этом деле, на моей памяти.

Играй мы так как в первые полчаса но с победным голом в районе 80й минуты - для всех это выглядело бы классической ugly win. Вместо этого - на первом плане сейчас нервозность Райи, два идиотских паса назад, которые обернулись голом и удалением и неспособность наказать соперника в моменте, когда грубо ошибался уже он сам. Показалось, что Мерино не достаточно комфортно ощущал себя так высоко, а Нванери мог бы появить…
