السلام عليكم ان شاء الله الخميس القادم عدنا سشن الكتروني ننقاش من خلاله موضوع مهم جدا، وهو التشخيص المبكر للposterior MI، تحديداً الIsolated posterior MI. حاليا الposterior MI تعتبر STEMI Equivalent، بحسب اغلب الguidelines الحديثة. للاسف كثير شفت حالات missed، وكثير من الاحيان تُشخص هاي الحالات بانها NSTEMI. في احد المرات شفت مريضة سبعينية، كان عدها posterior MI، لكن تشخيصها كان NSTEMI, للاسف صار عدها heart fail…
