Говорили об этом много. Предупреждали иностранный бизнес. И вот, Указ подписан и теперь иностранные инвесторы, которые ушли из России в 2022 году, будут лишаться права обратного выкупа акций.
Тут, конечно, стоит добавить, что обращения будут в индивидуальном порядке рассматриваться в Суде, но общий принцип понятен.
