امسح ذنوبك قال النبيﷺ: من قال حين يأوي إلى فراشه: لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك، وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير، لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله العلي العظيم، سبحان الله، والحمد لله، ولا إله إلا الله والله أكبر. غُفرت له ذنوبه أو خطاياه وإن كانت مثل زبد البحر.
حدّثنا خالدُ بن مَخلَد: حدّثنا سُليمان قال: حدّثني عمرو بن أبي عمرو قال: سمعتُ أنساً قال: كانَ النبيّ ﷺ يقول: «اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي أعُوذُ بكَ مِنَ الهَمِّ والحَزَنِ، والعَجْزِ والكَسَلِ، والجُبْنِ والبُخْلِ، وضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ، وغَلَبَةِ الرِّجالِ». 📚 - صحيح البخاري (٦٣٦٩)

قال الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله من البلاء للعبد أن يظن أن ما كان عليه من الذنوب ليس بذنب فيصر عليه والعياذ بالله كما قال الله تعالى: "قل هل ننبئكم بالأخسرين أعمالا*الذين ضل سعيهم في الحياة الدنيا وهم يحسبون أنهم يحسنون صنعا" فكثير من الناس لا يقلع عن الذنب لأنه زين له فألفه وصعب عليه أن ينتشل نفسه منه لكن إذا كان متقيا لله عز وجل سهل الله له الإقلاع عن الذنوب حتى يغفرله.
