유엔의 청정개발체계(CDM)는 개도국에 기업이 자본과 기술을 투자하여 탄소를 저감하면 탄소배출권을 발급해주는 것입니다. 당연히 어느나라에서던 이것을 팔 수 있습니다. 문제는 선진국의 뛰어난 기술과 풍부한 자본으로도 이러한 프로젝트가 수익성을 달성하기 어렵다는 것입니다. 투자대비 탄소배출권 수익이 모자란단 뜻입니다. 미국은 35000원 유럽은 11만원이라 유럽에서 팔아도 수익성이 잘 안나옵니다. 그러나 가스마이너를 이용한 임대와 탄소배출권 사업은 수익성이 어마하게 잘 나옵니다. 이유는 가스마이너가 일본이나 유럽 미국 제품에 비하여 5분의1의 가격인데다 임대료라는 추가 수익원이 있기 때문입니다. 가스마이너가 청정개발프로젝트를 실행하는데 유일한 걸림돌은 자본입니다. 대규모 설치가 들어가야 의미가 있기 때문인데 금융기관이 현단계에서는 수십 수백…
