حكم صوم يوم عرفة لمن عليه قضاء الحاج لا يصوم عرفة، الواجب عليه أن يفطر في يوم عرفة، أما غير الحجاج فيستحب لهم صيامه فهو يوم فضيل، صيامه يكفر السنة التي قبله والتي بعده، وفيه خير عظيم لكن الحجاج لا يصومون؛ لأن النبي ﷺ وقف في عرفة مفطرًا ونهى عن الصوم فيها، أما غير الحاج فلا بأس أن يصوم، لكن إذا كان عليه صوم قضاء يبدأ بالقضاء وإذا صام يوم عرفة عن القضاء وأيام التسع عن القضاء فهو حسن. الإمام ابن باز -رحمه الله-
