Кажется, стало понятно, почему БЦ Пулково Скай продается так дешево. Сегодня стало известно, что ЗАО «Балчуг капитал» распоряжением президента разрешили выкупить у американского Голдман Сакс замороженные акции российских компаний (Сбер, Газпром, Роснефть и др.). Заголовок жестковат, но в целом я согласен. Непрофильные частные инвесторы переплачивают за коммерческие помещения от застройщиков и не получают ожидаемой прибыли.
